I wanted to update my review. I celebrated 2 years of sobriety on June 24. I don't know why there are such bad reviews of this place because they don't deserve that. They try hard to work with clients on insurance and many other things. None of this is easy so it's important to have patience. They have great staff that care. I havent had a drink for 2 years and a month thx to their help....and this place helped truly change my life. Thx Renaissance!!!!😘💕💕

I can't even begin to explain how great and wonderful this place is. If you are looking for a treatment center where you won't be looked down on or feel judged then this is the place for you. They are so nice, caring and friendly. The place is also very up to date, very clean and very nice. The meetings are awesome and the counclers rock! I had my apt coming up in the middle of this week, well I have a family emergency and have to leave town. When I called this morning to explain my situation, they were more than understanding. They got me right in and didn't judge or look down on me. They understood my matter and didn't look at me like a dope head just trying to come in early. They even let me get my mess 2 days early. Which meant a lot to me just for the simple fact that they cared enough to let me get it a couple days early verses trying to find a pharmacy while traveling. They really do go above and beyond to work with you. I can't believe that they would have ANY bad reviews. The front desk lady, very young lady is a total sweetheart and she's always so nice to everyone that steps foot in there. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Please go and try them out before you waste your time at other treatment places. I promise you won't regret it... Thanks for reading ☺

I'm here to say THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! the people are the most kind caring non judgemental people I have ever ever ever met in recovery and ive been in a few times in my life. They are going above and beyond to bill my insurances and deal with problems as the came up during my treatment. Please believe me when I say its awesome. I felt loved and cared about. My feelings were validated and I'm actually going back for more treatment even though my dui obligations are complete. This place changed my life.
