It's such a great place to work! The staff here truly care for each individual who comes through the door. I've never worked a job where the owners were so involved. It's so refreshing!

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with people who treat their individuals with respect, compassion, and empathy, as well as the knowledge to give them the best level of care possible. You don't often see places that have the ability to transition individuals from detox to treatment to long term recovery. This place is amazing.

The staff are friendly, professional, and nonjudgmental. They truly want to help you to make lifelong changes to achieve your recovery. As a new member of the team I am very impressed by the level of care, and the compassion provided by my colleagues.

5.0 star rating 11/12/2018 I have been employed by Oregon Trail Recovery for over 6 months now and have been pleasantly surprised by the dedication to client care and employee support. The owners are dedicated to their clients having the best possible experience while finding long term recovery. One of the most impressive things that I have witnessed here is the after care planning. It is not about the dollar, they will place clients in the best possible place for them, even if it is not here. This organization cares about the outcome and success of its clients. As a staff member they have supported me and have and continue to support me in reaching my career goals. I feel blessed to be here for myself and to be able to reach out to others in need.

I've met a couple of great people from this business. Jenn and Tanis both are the real deal. They walk the walk and talk the talk. They truly care for people and there recovery. If you or someone you know need help. Reach out to them and start the walk.

Ben has helped me as a Friend/Mentor since I met him on a AA campout he's coming up on 20 years of active Recovery, I watched him earn his Master's at PSU. And he encouraged me to get Sober after a Relapse on a MMJ Growsite in Southern Oregon, I eventually Did in 2015 through Oregon State Hospital and CODA (I got a different insurance program than he takes) and he did an intervention on me, when I placed Bookmaking ads on Facebook and Craigslist he supposedly charged my Parents a Reasonable rate, which they wouldn't disclose. I saw the detox it looked Comfy enough and I've heard there's a Manager Kenny who cooks Excellent Food. Anyways headed to inpatient Gambling treatment 78 days without a Bet or Booking Action on Sports.

Oregon trail Recovery is a unique place to work. I am fairly new to my job position but I feel at home with the staff team. It's amazing to be at a job where most of the staff you work with are all in recovery as well.

I am employed here and it is an absolutely a wonderful place to work. We give excellent client care and most staff is in recovery so we all get to share that common bond. I do administrative work but still get to see and interact with clients. I think that is why our program is so powerful.

Oregon Trail Recovery has not only proved to me that I can be capable of overcoming my addiction, but it has also shown me that I am able to ingrain myself in a supportive and loving community that wants nothing but the best for me. If anyone in the greater Portland area is struggling with drugs and/or alcohol, and is looking to enter into treatment, I would recommend this place first and foremost.

Oregon Trail Recovery is a team of dedicated professionals that work in the Drug and Alcohol treatment field. I am writing this review from my experience being a client here, not once but twice. The staff at this company care about and support the clients who come here for treatment with empathy and compassion. There is also support when clients need help building resume's and learning to utilize public transit, promoting clients being able to reintegrate into the community as a functioning and supporting member of it. Clients are able to grow and learn about themselves in a safe environment, one in which the team holds themselves to the highest level of integrity and ethical care. Clients are also able to learn necessary life skills, such as, doing their own laundry, making their beds and keeping their rooms clean, and learning how to cook healthy meals for themselves. I would suggest this treatment facility to anyone.

I would recommend Oregon Trail Recovery to anyone who struggles with addiction. They have, by far, made accommodations for my needs regarding me being a transman. Most of the staff have gone through the program and graduated. With that knowledge and understanding of being a part of this positive journey, they were able to empathize and really help me through whatever it is I needed. Of course, when I struggled to get clean, I made mistakes but this program gave me room to learn from them. Everyone there has had a part in saving my life along with many, many coping and life skills that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my life. Without a doubt, that was one of the best times I've had in my life.

Oregon trail recovery taught me how to grow up and function in society without the use of drugs. My therapist helped me grow into a human being without guilt and shame. The groups taught me about tools and ways I can stay sober. The sober living environment taught me how to get along with women and provided me with a community of support. The 12 step meetings they took us to taught me how working the 12 steps would Change my life if I put the work in. Overall Oregon trail recovery taught me how to live clean and walk thru fear and just taught me how to be an adult of integrity. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get clean and sober because it has given me success in recovery and even after leaving is still a big part of my support system. I could go to any staff member today and they would guide me in the right direction even though I have graduated the program.

The treatment center was one of the best places I have ever been. It was a wonderful experience that truly changed my life and helped me become a better woman. I owe Oregon Trail Recovery my life. They truly saved mine. Would recommend this to anyone seeking help.

Oregon Trail Recovery is one the biggest reasons I have a beautiful life today. They taught me with hard work and dedication I could live sober and happy. The staff was always there when I needed them. They instilled a set of values that I once lost due to addiction. My days were spent with endless help to find out the root of my drug addiction. It is clear when you meet staff and owners that they are in this field for the right reason. Both the one on one therapy and group therapy stabilized my once chaotic mind. It was obvious that there are few treatment centers like this and that I had to take advantage of the help they offer.

I'm so grateful that I get to work at Oregon Trail Recovery. I LOVE this place! I love that I get to work with people who are passionate about helping people get their life back. And what an amazing job they/we all do.

My son entered the program at OTR searching for the proper level of care, and Oregon Trail was an outstanding fit. The staff is exemplary. From the moment he stepped off the plane in Portland, and throughout his 9-month program, he was treated with compassion and respect, while he was always held accountable for his recovery. Thanks to Oregon Trail, my son has developed a sense of community, and considers Portland home.

I have gotten to know the team at Oregon Trail Recovery over the past 6 months and value them as people and providers of care. I believe them them to be people of integrity who care deeply about the well being of those who seek out their help. In my opinion and experience their #1 concern is the well being of the client . My experience at OTR was a blessed one. I was blessed to have a great house manager and a phenomenal therapist which made my experience there one of growth. The fellowship community they introduced me to was perfect for my temperament and circumstance. I am so happy about the changes that have occurred in my life during my time at OTR.

I am so happy that Oregon Trail Recovery was there for my son. I believe he is alive today because of the support and efforts of the staff at Oregon Trail Recovery.
